Who can apply
- Italian citizens or foreign residents who have been living in Italy for at least two years invited abroad by foreign universities or cultural institutions.
- Foreign citizens or Italians residing abroad invited by Italian universities or cultural institutions for research or study purposes.
Contribution amount
- €350/day for the first 5 days, €250/day from the 6th to the 10th day (max €3,000).
- Maximum stay period: 10 days of effective cultural/research activities.
Applications should be sent to the Embassy (wellington.promozione@esteri.it ) and to the Direzione Generale per la Diplomazia pubblica e culturale (dgdp.unic.cap2619@esteri.it ) using the following Form, and must be submitted by July 31, 2025. Research activities must take place by November 15, 2025.
Within 10 days of completing the visit, applicants must submit:
- Travel documents (tickets, boarding passes).
- Certificate of stay issued by the host institution.
- Final report on activities carried out.
