The Embassy of Italy is excited to announce the launch of the 2025 Youth4Climate Call for Solutions !
Young people are driving climate action worldwide, yet they often lack access to the financial, technical, and political support needed to scale their solutions. To bridge this gap, UNDP and the Government of Italy are offering seed funding of up to $30,000 per project, along with mentoring, training, and networking opportunities through the Youth4Climate initiative.
Since the first Call for Solutions in 2023, the Youth4Climate initiative has mobilized over 3,000 proposals from young innovators across 120+ countries and awarded 100 youth-led initiatives across 52 countries, for a total envelope of USD 2.5 million.
In 2025, the Youth4Climate Call for Solutions returns with a fresh round of funding opportunities and new thematic priority areas:
- Climate Peace and Security
- Climate & Health
- Digital for Planet
- Sustainable Energy
- Food & Agriculture
- Nature for Climate Action
This opportunity is open to young individuals aged 18-29 as well as youth-led CSOs, CBOs, NGOs, and private sector. The Call is open until May 26, 2025.
