The Embassy of Italy in Wellington invites Italian restaurateurs in New Zealand to participate in the IX Edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, which will focus on the theme “Mediterranean Diet and Cuisine of the Origins: Health and Tradition”, taking place from November 16 to 22.
This year’s initiative aims to celebrate Italian cuisine with a particular focus on food as an expression of our cultural and personal heritage.
We invite Italian restaurateurs in New Zealand to propose a dish or a special menu that shares a personal, family or regional connection, to be featured throughout the Week. Alternatively, they may organize workshops and themed events.
The Italian Embassy in Wellington will promote the initiative and its participants through its communication channels and promotional materials created specifically for the event.
