Avv. Lindsey Jones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the term of office of the Honorary Consul of Italy in Auckland, Cav. Avv. Lindsey Jones, due to end of 21 October 2026, Italian citizens residing in Auckland, or who rely on Auckland for consular services, are urged to act as soon as possible to renew any documents expiring in the near future, especially considering the approach of the Holiday season.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate passport renewals, interested parties are invited to submit their application no later than 9 October 2026 and to make themselves available for an appointment in Auckland before 21 October 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Where possible, after 22 October 2026 and pending the appointment of the new Honorary Consul of Italy in Auckland, applications, including the in-person collection of biometric data, will be processed at the Embassy of Italy in Wellington.<\/p>\n<p>In cases of proven need and urgency, and should there be a high number of requests, this Office may consider organizing consular missions to Auckland.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with documents expiring in the next future is invited to contact us at <a href=\"mailto:wellington.embassy@esteri.it\">wellington.embassy@esteri.it<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"With the term of office of the Honorary Consul of Italy in Auckland, Cav.
