For the first time, Italian women were granted the right to vote and to participate fully in shaping the country\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p>As we celebrate 80 years of the Republic, we honor the vision, courage, and commitment of those who helped build the democratic institutions that continue to serve Italy today.
