Please exercise caution when moving around the city and remain alert to rapidly changing weather conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Recommendations: We advise to limit non-essential travel in affected areas and to remain cautious due to the risk of flooding, landslides, and strong winds.
