{"id":3905,"date":"2026-02-24T09:54:52","date_gmt":"2026-02-23T21:54:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambwellington.esteri.it\/?p=3905"},"modified":"2026-02-24T09:54:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T21:54:52","slug":"memoria-echoes-transformations-piano-concert-by-flavio-villani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambwellington.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2026\/02\/memoria-echoes-transformations-piano-concert-by-flavio-villani\/","title":{"rendered":"Memoria: Echoes &#038; Transformations \u2014 Piano Concert by Flavio Villani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Embassy of Italy in Wellington is pleased to inform the public of a musical event organised by the <strong>Italian Comites<\/strong> in collaboration with the <strong>Nelson Centre of Musical Arts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Saturday, 7 March 2026 at 7:00 pm<\/strong>, Italian\u2013New Zealand pianist <strong>Flavio Villani <\/strong>will present <em>Memoria: Echoes &amp; Transformations<\/em>, a concert programme centred on the theme of memory and its emotional resonance through music.<\/p>\n<p>The recital combines major works of the European piano repertoire \u2014 including Bach\u2013Busoni\u2019s Chaconne, Brahms\u2019 Rhapsody Op. 79 No. 1 and Franck\u2019s Pr\u00e9lude, Choral et Fugue \u2014 with the pianist\u2019s own composition, the In Memoriam Suite, written during a period of personal reflection.
