The Embassy of Italy in Wellington invites Italian restaurateurs in New Zealand\u00a0 to participate in the IX Edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World<\/strong>, which will focus on the theme \u201cMediterranean Diet and Cuisine of the Origins: Health and Tradition\u201d<\/strong>, taking place from November 16 to 22.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s initiative aims to celebrate Italian cuisine with a particular focus on food as an expression of our cultural and personal heritage.<\/p>\n

We invite Italian restaurateurs in New Zealand to propose a dish or a special menu that shares a personal, family or regional connection, to be featured throughout the Week. Alternatively, they may organize workshops and themed events.<\/p>\n

The Italian Embassy in Wellington will promote the initiative and its participants through its communication channels and promotional materials created specifically for the event.<\/p>\n
