For more information please refer to the Italian version of this page.<\/p>\n<p class=\"boxLevel03\">If you are not an Italian citizen and\/or not an Italian speaker you can request the issuing of a Power of Attorney or of other\u00a0notarial deeds\u00a0to be used in Italy to a New Zealand Notary Public.<\/p>\n<p class=\"boxLevel03\">We recommend you to contact first a Notary firm in Italy for the drafting of the notarial deed. Such draft will have then to be signed in front of a NZ Public Notary and apostilled by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govt.nz\/browse\/passports-citizenship-and-identity\/proving-and-protecting-your-identity\/use-your-nz-documents-overseas\/#before-you-apply\">Department of Internal Affairs<\/a>.
