Visa applicants are hereby notified that, following the entry into force of Decree-Law 145\/2024, as of 11 January 2025<\/strong>, it will be\u00a0mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0to collect the fingerprints of applicants also for all national entry visas (type D)<\/strong>. Applicants will therefore be required\u00a0to request an appointment<\/strong> (using the PRENOT@MI application available on our website under Visas) and appear in person<\/strong> at the Consulate when submitting their visa application.
