The Embassy informs that the “2026–2027 Call for Proposals for the Co-financing of Activities Supporting Lombards Around the World and Their Mobility” issued by the Lombardy Region has been published.
The initiative, in line with Regional Law No. 9/2024, “Provisions for the Support and Promotion of Lombards Around the World and Their International Mobility,” supports projects benefiting Lombards living abroad through activities, including innovative initiatives, aimed at, among other objectives, strengthening Lombard identity and culture, consolidating relations with communities residing overseas, supporting return pathways, promoting the circulation of talent, and enhancing processes related to mobility.
The thematic areas of intervention, detailed in the call for proposals and within which projects must fall, are as follows: Cultural and territorial promotion; Education, employment, and mobility; Studies, research, and assistance initiatives.
Applications may be submitted until 12:00 noon 10 July. The call for proposals can be consulted at the following link and applications may be submitted exclusively through prior registration and access to the Bandi e Servizi platform.
